Imprenta.ph is a nimble printing company in the Philippines that provides pre-printed and customized shirts nationwide. When you visit our website (imprenta.ph), you’ll have access to the following:

It’s always free to visit and there’s never an obligation to buy.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store as we are currently a dedicated online store. Your order will be delivered to your address via our accredited courier service providers.

Ordering and Payment

How do I shop with Imprenta?

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Visit our products page and scroll down to the shirt you want to purchase.
2. Click on the shirt.
3. Choose your desired size, color and quantity.
4. Click Add to Cart button. Note: You can always go back to the products page to add additional shirts to your cart before you check out.
5. When you are ready to check out, click the Check Out button or you may also just click the Check Out icon ()at the top right corner of the page.
6. If you already have an account with us, just click Log in to input your login details. Otherwise, you have to input your personal details such as email address, name and shipping address.
7. Click Continue to shipping method button.
8. Double check your shipping address. If everything is correct, click Continue to payment method button.
9. Select your preferred payment method.
10. Click Complete Order button. Note: You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed an order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Deposit (BPI, Metrobank or BDO) - If you choose this method, you will be given instructions with our complete banking details where you can deposit your payment. After making a deposit, you will be required to send a copy of the deposit slip or a screen shot of the online bank transfer to support@imprenta.ph or send it via private message to our Facebook company page so we can validate your payment and begin processing your order.

Coins.ph (7-Eleven, BDO, M Lhuillier or Coins.ph wallet) - If you choose this method, you will receive an email containing a request for payment and instructions on how and where you can remit your payment. This method will accept payments from the following merchants: 7-Eleven, BDO, M Lhuillier or Coins.ph. IMPORTANT NOTE: Minimal service fee may be required here, except if you opt to pay with Coins.ph wallet, which is free of any charge. For more details, you may click here.

Pera Padala (Palawan Pawnshop, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier or Western Union) - If you choose this method, you will receive an email containing the details of whom you should remit your payment to. After payment, you will be required to send a copy of the transaction slip to support@imprenta.ph or send it via private message to our Facebook company page so we can validate your payment and begin processing your order. This method will accept payments from the following merchants: Palawan Pawnshop, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier or Western Union. IMPORTANT NOTE: Merchant service fee applies.

Paypal/Credit Card (Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) - If you choose this method during check out, you will be redirected to Paypal's Payment Processing System to securely complete your purchase. Creating an account with Paypal is optional, so you can still pay without having to create an account.

Cash On Delivery (Via Lazada only) - This option is only available on purchases made via Lazada. Simple. Secure. Hassle-free! Enjoy having a peace of mind when you purchase using COD at Lazada.

Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with Imprenta is safe. We use the highest industry-standard encryption systems to protect your critically sensitive information, such as your name and address.

Our website is Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) enabled. This ensures that communications between your browser and our website are encrypted.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This order confirmation email will contain your order number and the items that you have purchased and can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are giving our buyers an option to make changes (only for change in size and shirt color) until 8AM following the day order was placed. Please email us at support@imprenta.ph or message us on our Facebook page together with your order number and the required changes.

Can I cancel my order?

You will be unable to cancel your order once it has been completed.

What should I do if I’m missing an item?

If an item is missing, please contact the Imprenta Support Team at support@imprenta.ph with the order number and the missing item’s name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.


Shipping

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to both Metro Manila and Provincial addresses. Deliveries are shipped via our accredited courier service providers.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! However, we prefer a residential or business address for easy tracking.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on your location. If you are within Metro Manila, it could take 3-5 days from payment date while for provincial addresses, it could take 7-9 days. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your shirt is sent to courier for shipment.

Buyers who are from the province have the option to choose Express Shipping at an additional cost, in which case you will be able to receive your order within 3-5 days.

How much is the shipping cost?

Standard Shipping cost is Php 99 regardless of quantity and location. If you have friends who are also interested in purchasing our shirts, we encourage you and your friends to place an order all at once in order to save on shipping fees.

For provincial addresses, you have the option for Express Shipping at a higher standard rate of Php 179.


Customization

How can I customize my shirt?

You can request for customization of your shirt by clicking the Customize link in the main menu. You will have to answer the question whether you already have your own design or not yet. If you choose Yes, you will be redirected to the Request for Quotation page where you can upload your design. If you choose No, you will be redirected to the Request for Design page.

Alternatively, you can directly send us an email at support@imprenta.ph. Include details such as quantity, shirt color, and attach the design if available.

When will I receive a reply?

We do our best to review all customization requests as soon as we can so we could get back to you within 24 hours.

How much will it cost to customize a shirt?

There is no definite answer since this will depend on the following factors:

Design - The number of colors used in the design, its size, as well as its complexity affect the cost of a customized shirt. If your design is just one color, small and simple (e.g. simple text on the front), that will most likely cost less.

Quantity - The quantity of your order is also an important factor. Bulk orders are relatively cheaper than smaller runs in terms of the cost per shirt. This is because we need to consider the time required and fixed costs of initial set up before printing your design.

Do you print on fabric other than cotton t-shirts?

Yes. But since we do not carry stock of other items (such as drifit shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, raglan, etc.) we can only entertain bulk orders of at least 1 dozen.

Do you charge design fees?

Yes. If you ask us to create a design for you, there will be a charge for that and the fee will range from as low as Php 300 up to Php 1,000 per design, depending on the complexity. Please note that we will only start creating a draft once payment for the design fee has been made.

When do I need to pay for my order?

For orders of 20 shirts or less, you will be required to pay the full amount before production can begin. If your order is more than 20 shirts, you are only required to make 50% downpayment before production can begin. The balance may be paid upon delivery.

Is it okay if we provide our own shirt/s?

We only accept customer-provided shirts for bulk orders (50 pcs or more). If you opt to provide your own shirts, please let us know so we can give you a quotation for the printing cost only.

What is your policy on intellectual property rights?

Prior to providing a quotation, we review all customization requests especially the designs that are being submitted to us. We respect intellectual property rights, and if the design submitted is found to be a copyrighted work owned by a third party other than the submitter, we have the right to refuse the job order.

Please make sure that the design you are going to submit is either an original design by you, or you have permission to reproduce if it is owned by a third party.


Easy Returns at Imprenta

What is your policy on returns?

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:

- Incorrect size delivered
- Incorrect order (design or shirt color) delivered
- Faulty item

The item must be unwashed and unworn with labels and tags still attached.
We offer exchanges with the same ordered design.
Shipping cost incurred for the return will be refunded to the buyer, provided it is a valid return.

I want to make a return. How do I start?

If you think your item falls within any of the valid reasons above, you can initiate a return by completely filling out our Easy Returns Form which can also be found at the footer of our website. Please make sure to attach a photo of the shirt that you want to return in order to justify the reason for return.

Return requests will be subject for review and expect to hear from us within 24 hours.

Other than the reasons above, can I still return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchange other than the reasons specified in our policy.


Products and Stocks

How can I find out more information about a product?

If you need more information about a product, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@imprenta.ph. We’ll do everything we can to help you out.

What is your t-shirt fabrication made of?

Our shirts are made of 100% premium cotton, with Gildan as our primary brand. We have alternative brands (such as Winner, BluPrint and Dannon) in case Gildan has no stock availability for a specific color and size.

The shirt that I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more stock?

Most of our advertised products are made to order. However, our advertised products become very popular and sell out quickly. Make sure to check our products page section to see if your desired shirt is in stock there. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at support@imprenta.ph with the picture of the shirt and we will do our best to help.

I recently purchased a shirt from you. How do I take care of it?

- Do not iron on print
- Wash warm with mild detergent
- Do not dry clean
- Do not bleach
- Wash with same colors; Colored fabric may bleed
- Dry at normal setting, turned inside out

Promotions

How do I use a promotion code?

Once you’ve reached the Check Out page, enter the promotion code into the discount code entry field and click Apply.

Please note that only one promotion code is redeemable per order and per person.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten to use my promotion code?

If you forgot to use a promotion code, please email us at support@imprenta.ph or message us on our Facebook page together with your order number and the promotion code that you would like to use. Please note that we can only apply valid promotion codes.


Technical Help

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the login page by clicking My Account link (icon: My Account icon) that can be found at the main menu.

Select Forgot your password? link and enter your email address. You will then receive an email containing a reset password link.

How do I change my email address?

Changing of email address is currently not possible.

Why am I experiencing problems when entering my payment details?

Make sure you have inputted the correct details by double-checking all your information carefully.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
